FAQs
What type of vendors should apply?
We're seeking vendors who embody the spirit of revival, sustainability, and ethical craftsmanship. If your work reflects a love for the past with a spooky twist and a commitment to ethical and sustainable practices, we want you! Whether you specialize in upcycled antiques, handcrafted goods, eco-friendly art, or anything with a dash of the mysterious, this is the perfect platform to showcase your talents, treasures, and art.
What kind of vendor spaces do you have?
The interior space is reserved for vendors whose style aligns with the unique character of the manor. Indoor spaces vary depending on the room. We are intentional about what vendors we put in each room so it goes with the flow of the manor and shopping experience. We also have outdoor 10’x10’ spaces, and two extra large spaces measuring 19’x21’ and 21’x24’. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, weights and set up.
What kind of marketing do you offer for the event?
We utilize the power of social media on multiple platforms for the event in order to drive the most attendees. We also share our event on Knox County Visitors Bureau. We take very seriously the importance of getting as many people as possible to our events in order to drive higher sales for our vendors. We never predict or guarantee attendance numbers for any event.
What parking is available and how much is admission?
Admission is free! Parking is available along nearby streets, including Mulberry and Pleasant, with additional options throughout the downtown area. Guests are encouraged to park downtown and enjoy a short walk to the Manor, allowing for a more relaxed arrival and a chance to experience the surrounding neighborhood.
What does the set-up process look like?
To maintain a low-impact environment, vendor arrivals are pre-scheduled and staggered, allowing for an organized setup process that minimizes traffic and supports a respectful use of the neighborhood.
Are tents, tables, or chairs provided?
Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, card readers, signs and chairs for the event.
