Rates are $75 an hour for photoshoots. Weddings and other small events will require a consultation. Balance must be paid when you book. See below for weddings and small events.

BE PROMPT WITH YOUR TIME. If you need extra time to set up or tear down, please add that into your purchased hours. Do not enter the house prior to your scheduled time and make sure you leave when your paid time is over. There may be a shoot right before and after you so be respectful of everyone's privacy. You also cannot stay on the property. You must leave the property before and after your alloted time. Thank you for understanding the importance of this topic!

Address is 105 W. Pleasant Street Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050. There is plenty of driveway parking and street parking. Pleasant Street is also a one way so please be careful pulling back out onto the main road. You cannot park in the grass or the neighbors driveways.

Please be respectful of the antiques and furniture in the house. Do not move the piano or any floral installation that may be up at that time.

There is still a lot of this house that isn’t completely renovated yet. That being said please do not enter any of the doors that are closed. Absolutely no entry into the attic at this time. Supervise kids at all times and don’t let them enter any of the potentially unsafe rooms.

The main shooting room with the fireplaces and white walls has four big french doors and a bay window area all facing east west and south for the best natural light all day long.

PET POLICY — Please ask before bringing any animals to the property.

REFUND POLICY — Unfortunately there are no refunds once you schedule a time. Should something come up and you cannot make your reserved time slot you can use it as a credit towards time for a future date but you have 90 days to use it.
